Fascinated by the contrasting flavors of whiskey and wine, our Master Blender asked a local Scottish brewery to season bourbon barrels with their ales. The result: Ale Cask Finish from Grant. It is the first blended Scotch to be extra-matured in barrels that once contained wine, giving rise to a smooth, rich and creamy taste.
