A fine drop of Ardbeg's cask force bottled. Ardbeg's marriage of bourbon barrels and sherry butts that gives this malt a sweet, smoky finish. Uigeadail is the loch from which all the water from Ardbeg flows. An absolutely stunning whisky and probably the best value in the core range after the death of Airigh called Beist.

A balanced and good start, with a bit of sweet caramel banana, accompanied by oak and subtle notes of raisin. The palate is really oak-y, with fudge and sugar icing soft notes. A sour grain-y, and a spicy little. This is a bourbon that is easy to drink, not difficult and definitely on the sweeter side of the spectrum.
