Gifts In Israel / Shipping Policy
The deliveries throughout Israel are delivered from Sunday to Thursday. At the time there are no Friday and Saturday deliveries. The deliveries can’t be made on holidays that vary from country to country. So it is best to inquire in advance of holidays in certain countries to avoid unnecessary doubts.
We deliver within 1-3 working days, according to each city postcode, national holidays & remote area. Deliveries are from Sunday to Thursday during regular business hours. However, most of the gifts are delivered within 2 working days from placing the order considering the order is placed before cutoff time which is 11.00 ( +1GMT). If the recipient is not available, the courier company will leave a message on the door or deliver to a neighbor.
EstiB Gifts recommend to place the address to the recipient business address as people are usually at work & since the signature is generally required.
Some places, our courier company considers as remote areas, that do require higher shipping costs and sometimes few more days due to the major distance from our warehouse. Encase the delivery location consider to be remote area according to postcode. The extra cost for the remote location will be charged additionally to the original gift cost.
Please complete all applicable fields. A phone number is mandatory. Also please write the phone number without spaces and the country code. If your delivery address (e.g., Jerusalem) has NO postal code, put ‘00000’ in the zip code field. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases. A signature is typically required for delivery. We deliver during business hours; please use an address where you know the recipient or another adult will be available. At hospitals or companies, we will delivered at the reception desk. The name of the recipient is always on the box, so the recipient can easily be informed.
The recipient will never have to pay any taxes or customs fees.
So if the gift is not delivered and is returned to EstiB Gifts due to the customer’s mistake, the customer has to pay shipping costs. In addition, the customer will be charged 50 ILS for the return and cancellation well as. In this case, EstiB Gifts is not responsible for the condition of delicate gourmet ingredients. When resending the gift to a new address after the previous return of the gift, the customer has to pay all shipping and handling costs again.
