We normally deliver from Sunday through Thursday during regular business hours.

Our delivery areas include Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Haifa, Ashdod, Bat Yam, Beersheba, Hadera, Herzliya, Holon, Netanya, Rehovot, and many other cities.
Do you deliver on Fridays and Saturdays?
We do not usually deliver on Fridays or Saturdays. Public holidays can also affect delivery schedules.
How long does gift delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes two to six working days. Timing depends on the product, city, postcode, season, and delivery area.
Can I select a delivery date?
You can request a preferred delivery date. We will use it to plan the order, but the date is not guaranteed.
Do you offer next day delivery?

Can I select an exact delivery time?
No. Drivers follow planned delivery routes and cannot promise an exact arrival time.

How much does delivery cost?

What is considered a remote area?
Eilat, the Arava region, border areas, and isolated locations may be classed as remote. These addresses may require more time and an additional fee.
Do you deliver to hotels?
Yes. Hotel deliveries are usually left with reception. Include the hotel name, guest name, booking details, and local phone number.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, when the hospital accepts outside deliveries. Include the patient’s full name, ward, floor, room number, and contact number. Hospital staff may accept the gift on the recipient’s behalf.
Do you deliver to military bases?
Military deliveries are not always available because of security and access rules. Contact us before ordering.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?
No. We need a complete physical address and working recipient phone number.
Can you leave the gift outside the door?
No. Gifts should be accepted by the recipient or another responsible person. The driver may leave the gift with reception, security, or a neighbor when approved.
What happens if the recipient is not available?
The driver may call or message the recipient. Another delivery step or added fee may be required.
Why do you need the recipient’s phone number?
The driver may need help finding the address or arranging delivery. A working Israeli phone number helps prevent delays.
Will you tell the recipient who sent the gift?
The recipient will see the personal message added by the customer. The sender’s payment details are not included.
Will the recipient see the gift price?
No. We do not include the customer invoice or product price with the gift.
Will the recipient pay customs fees or extra charges?
No. The recipient will not pay customs fees or extra taxes. The customer pays the order and delivery charges.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
Contact us immediately. We may correct the address before preparation or dispatch. Extra return and redelivery charges may apply after a failed delivery.
Can several items arrive separately?
Yes. Products ordered for one address may be prepared or delivered separately.
