Gift Delivery Across Israel

Walwater Gifts Israel delivers gift baskets to central, northern, and southern Israel. Orders placed on GiftsInIsrael.com are prepared for delivery within Israel.

We deliver personal gifts, holiday baskets, and corporate orders to homes and business addresses. Delivery time depends on the product, destination, stock, season, and local service. Please read this policy before ordering. Accurate recipient details help us complete delivery without delays.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery usually takes between two and six working days. Most orders reach major cities sooner. Deliveries take place from Sunday through Thursday during normal business hours. We do not usually deliver on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays.

Orders placed before 11:00 may be prepared sooner. This depends on stock, payment approval, delivery area, and daily capacity. Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed appointment times. Holiday demand, remote locations, and other events can affect the schedule.

Next Day Delivery

Next-day delivery may be available in Tel Aviv and some central areas. This service depends on the gift, delivery address, order time, and available capacity. Please contact Walwater Gifts Israel before ordering if next-day delivery is important. Don’t assume every product or city qualifies.

Requested Delivery Dates

You may request a preferred delivery date when placing your order. We will use that date to help plan the delivery.

A preferred date is not a guaranteed delivery appointment. Deliveries can arrive before or after the requested date.

Order early for birthdays, anniversaries, company events, Rosh Hashanah, Hanukkah, Passover, and other busy periods.

Delivery Days and Hours

Our normal delivery days are Sunday through Thursday. Deliveries take place during regular business hours.

The driver cannot always provide an exact delivery time. Route changes, traffic, weather, and access issues can affect arrival times.

Please use an address where the recipient or another responsible adult can receive the gift.

Recipient Address Requirements

Customers must provide complete and correct delivery details. Please include:

Recipient’s full name
Street name and building number
Apartment number and floor
City and postcode, when available
Company name, when delivered to a workplace
Working Israeli phone number
Entry code or access details
Hospital ward or department, when needed

The recipient’s phone number is required. The driver may call or send a message before delivery.

If the address does not have a postcode, enter “00000” in the postcode field. Please check the current website form before using this option.

Home and Business Addresses

We deliver to homes and business addresses across Israel. Business addresses are often useful because someone is usually available during working hours.

For business deliveries, include the company name and working hours. Add the recipient’s department, floor, or office number when known.

The driver may leave the gift with reception, security, a colleague, or another approved person at the address.

Hospital Deliveries

Hospital deliveries are usually made to the main reception desk, ward desk, or another approved delivery point.

Please provide:

Patient’s full name
Hospital name
Building or department
Ward and room number, when known
Recipient or family contact number

Hospitals may restrict deliveries or change patient locations without notice. Walwater Gifts Israel cannot enter medical areas where access is limited.

Remote Areas

Some Israeli postcodes are classed as remote delivery areas. These locations may need more time and an added delivery charge.

Remote areas may include Eilat, border regions, isolated kibbutzim, and other distant locations. The exact charge depends on the address and available delivery service.

If an extra charge applies, we may contact you before dispatch. Delivery will continue after the charge is accepted and paid.

Locations We Cannot Serve

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. A physical address and working phone number are required.

Delivery to military bases may not be available because of access and security rules. Contact us before ordering for any military location.

Some restricted buildings, remote areas, hospitals, and secure sites may require special delivery arrangements.

Receiving the Gift

A signature or delivery confirmation may be required. The gift may be accepted by the recipient or another adult at the address.

If the recipient is not available, the driver may:

Call or message the recipient
Leave the gift with reception or security
Leave it with a neighbour when allowed
Arrange another delivery step
Return the parcel to the delivery depot
Return the parcel to Walwater Gifts Israel

The available option depends on the address, product, courier, and local delivery rules.

Alcohol Deliveries

Alcohol can only be ordered for a recipient who meets Israel’s legal drinking age.

An adult may need to receive and sign for an alcohol gift. The driver may request age or identity confirmation.

Do not send alcohol to a child, hospital patient, military location, or recipient who may not accept it. Choose an alcohol-free basket if you are unsure.

Delivery Fees

The delivery charge is shown during checkout or confirmed before payment. Remote areas and special delivery requests may cost more.

The recipient will not pay customs fees or extra taxes when receiving the gift. The customer pays the order and delivery charges.

Correct Address and Contact Details

The customer is responsible for checking the delivery information before payment.

Walwater Gifts Israel is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by:

An incorrect or incomplete address
A missing building or apartment number
An incorrect telephone number
A missing company name
The recipient moving to another address
The recipient being away or on holiday
Restricted access to the delivery location
Incorrect hospital or department details
Failure to answer the driver’s calls or messages

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake. We cannot promise that address changes will be possible after preparation or dispatch.

Weather, Traffic, and Events Outside Our Control

Delivery delays can happen because of severe weather, floods, road closures, traffic, strikes, security restrictions, emergency conditions, courier problems, or public holidays.

These events may prevent delivery on the requested date. We will provide available information when a delay affects your order.

Seasonal and Holiday Delays

Rosh Hashanah, Hanukkah, Passover, Purim, and other busy dates create higher order volumes.

Place holiday orders early. Some products or delivery dates may become unavailable as the holiday approaches.

Deliveries are not usually made during major public holidays. The order may arrive before or after the holiday period.

Product Availability and Replacements

Products can become unavailable because of stock, season, weather, or supplier changes.

When needed, we may replace an item with a similar product of equal or higher value. We aim to keep the gift’s main style and purpose.

We will contact the customer when a major change requires approval.

Failed Deliveries and Returned Gifts

If delivery fails because of incorrect customer information or recipient absence, the order may be returned.

The customer may need to pay:

A return charge of 50 ILS
Any original delivery charges
A new delivery charge
Any extra handling costs

Food, fruit, chocolate, and other sensitive products can change during transport and storage. We cannot guarantee their condition after a failed delivery or return caused by incorrect details.

No refund is provided after a parcel has been successfully delivered. Other refund requests follow our Terms and Conditions.

Redelivery to a New Address

A new delivery fee applies when a returned gift must be sent again. Extra remote or special delivery charges may also apply.

We can only resend the gift after receiving the new address and required payment.

Product replacement may be needed if the original contents are no longer suitable for delivery.

Corporate and Bulk Orders

Corporate orders often include several recipients, addresses, and requested dates. Send us the address list early so we can check the delivery areas.

Large orders may need one to two weeks of preparation. Holiday campaigns may need more time.
